Selection Criteria:

The Associate, Programs and Planning is expected to possess strong writing and communication skills. Prior experience in organising events will definitely play a major role in selection. We are looking for young people full of ideas, waiting to implement them.

The selection procedure for Manager, Operations is based on CV and prior experience in organising events, possessing an ability to head a team of young people and managing the day to day affairs of the Organisation.

The Content Editors are expected to have strong writing skills along with a sound knowledge of various formatting tools. Those who know how to use WordPress/Blogspot or have a personal/public blog will be preferred.

The selection procedure for Research Associates is solely based on CV and prior research experience. The candidates should possess good writing skills and must have some publication(s) under their names. The candidates are also expected to possess good speaking skills as they might need to interact with people in pursuance of their tasks.

Any Law Student or Legal Professional who is enthusiastic and has sheer passion to work with us, who is ready to connect to students with the latest and most relevant information, ideas, analysis and research across a variety of fields. How much time should I devote to LawLex?

Minimum time devotion is One Hour per day on all days. This may vary depending upon the project delegated to a person. Negotiations accepted if reason is genuine.

Will I get a Certificate?

Candidates whose work suffices to our expectation will be given a “Certificate of Appreciation”. We maintain a strict code in issuance of certificates. No certificate will be issued if your work does not meet our requirements.

Is a Certificate issued by LawLex valid?

Yes, as LawLex is a registered entity, hence genuine certificates issued by it are valid.

What is the time period for these jobs?

These positions will be given for a minimum period of one month to the selected candidates. However, no specified time limit is there for the right candidate. Also exceptional candidates might be promoted. In case a candidate is not performing satisfactorily, he/she will be terminated from the post if the situation remains the same after two warnings.
