AQCL 2012: Amity Quiz on Constitutional Law

WHEN: 24^th August 2012

WHERE: Amity University, I-2 Block, Amity University, Sector-125, Noida -201303, Uttar Pradesh.

ELIGIBILITY: Open for law students (of both 3 years and 5 years course)

QUESTIONS:

The competition will be held in the form of questions on CONSTITUTIONAL LAW of INDIA, which will include reported cases till December 2011 (as available on SCC online).

• Question paper will be in inform of multiple choice questions, comprising of100 MARKS.
• The duration of examination will be for 90 minutes.
• There shall be negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer.
• Unfair means during the examination shall result in disqualification.
• In case of a tie there will be a tie-breaker.
• Judge’s decision shall be treated as final and binding.
